OK Folks, we had lunch the other day at TopWater Grill during some AWESOME January Boating. During Lunch we talked a bit and decided that 2 events would be better that one. So, that's the Plan Man.

May 11-13 - Mother's day weekend, but what better way to spend time with Mom!!!, and it gets us geared up for AOTH!!!!http://www.donzi.net/forums/images/smilies/yes.gif

Aug 3-5 - Right in betweeen July 4th and Labor Day.....and It will be H-O-T....Perfect Bikini weather http://www.donzi.net/forums/images/smilies/king.gif

We know these are mostly local, and the May event is right before AOTH......but we would love to host some out-of-towners at both events. Like I tell everyone, around here we will treat you so many different way, you're bound to like some of them!!

Folks- we have been informed that The Boaters Only Association of Texas or BOAT Club is having its anual Poker run this same weekend. Jim and I have talked about it and we think its a good idea to roll the two events together.... they are going to be in the same places we are anyway, so we might as well join them.

Here is the info from last year, and it will esentially be the same this year. This is one of the best Poker Run's of teh year in the Galveston Bay Area. Obvioulsy, you can participate in the Salties Run without being in the BOAT Poker run too.

Rally #1 is in the books.... The BOAT Club Poker Run was a awesome as usual..... Especially the new MTI Super Cat "Phantom" pushing 160MPH in Galveston Bay...WOW!!!!

We could have used more Donzi Representation, but Team Jefe & JimG held up our ends of it. And we had a few Canadians to help:grin:

Gotta Give Jimbo Cred for running the 18 in a crowd of big go-fast and cruisers.

And Serious Props for the Canadians getting us into Cadillac Bar Saturday night.... there were no tables and no room, and Shea talked the hostess into setting up TWO for us..... That was MINT Y'all!!

We had a blast....Hot Donzi Girls and Canadians Frickin' Rock, eh?
