Dates: Friday September 2nd thru Monday Sept 5th
Location: Hickory Knob State Park in SC just west of McCormick, SC on Strom Thurmond/Clarks Hill Lake bordering SC/GA.
Lake is 70,000 acres, 1200 miles of shoreline, 3rd largest man made east of the Mississippi.
Hickory Knob has 70 lodge/motel type rooms and 18 one bedroom cabins, full service restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only one or two other restaurants on water.
Boat ramp and and 2 separate docks within walking distance of lodge, plenty of other marinas available for gas.
At the moment, only 6 lodge rooms are available right for Fri thru Monday and 9 lodge rooms available Sat thru Mon and one 2 bedroom cabin, but typically more will become available within 15-30 days of labor day due to cancellations. I will try to monitor availability until then.
