Off, beer, sunscreen, bicycle pump, tub of Vaseline, hairless otter...you have no idea... :)

But seriously, the usual boating stuff, fenders to raft up, sensible spares, tow-line, carry-able cooler for hanging around A-dock, perhaps a few cash $ for donation to whatever group buys happen, etc. It's a wonderfully laid-back event.
