Let me know what you need. I've got a good set-up on the groceries.
Do I get a vote?
I'll bring mine. Which version do you want to play? hehe

Floating Cabin number 22 is booked...Leesa & I are in..we may be sans boat, so thumb (s) is / are in the wind as well...logistic issues may arise with bringing boat...
Happy to contribute towards gas, food, drinks, Pina Coladas, talking to Weasel, Herrings, etc.

This one was always up tempo and a knee slapper.... I'm going to Jackson with June...

And this one ain't bad. I can do a pretty mean karoke to it, that surprises most people.. A Boy Named Sue...

And of course, the-morning-after-the-jet-ski-in-the-hot-tub-and-top-it-all-off-with-a-mean-Bushwacker-made-of-pure-grain-themed... Sunday Morning Coming Down...
As I fumble through my closet and put on my cleanest dirty shirt... perfect.

It's un-American not to like Johnny!
Anyone coning up from Atlanta on Thursday?
Also, anyone need or want anything from Wyoming?
I thought "Sunday Morning Coming Down" was written by Kris Kristofferson ?....definitely could be wrong here though...
Rocky-Top ? Don't let 'em pick on ya here Donzi-Vol...and definitely bring your Ipod...
...born & raised in Kentucky, I'm usually the butt of every banjo-pickin', Deliverance-playin', Appalachian-themed joke ever told...I'm bringin' mine and it actually does have the theme from Deliverance on it !! (as well as theme from "Gilligan's Island" and "Sanford & Son"...thank you very much LEESA !!! ) :(
(plus, we'll need it to drown out any "karoking" of "A Boy named Sue" by RT... :bye: :h3:
Kris did write it. Johnny and many others sang it. And trust me, I don't want to listen to everybody else sing any more than they want to hear me. Please strike the karoke idea..

I've been saving my Subway coupons for Jim, so when he traveling he'll always have a place to stop, save a buck and lose about 5 pounds when he gets 20 miles up the road!!:grin:
thats why I am bringing my own fridge and bathroom with me this time... :rock2:
How do you use the restroom when you are driving? A long hose and a funnel? :)
trap door under the seat
Ghost - I realize you're a libertarian and all....and I do appreciate that perspective....and I trust that you're a really nice guy and all....but if we ever do actually meet, remind me to kick your ever-loving a## !!
That dang "Gin N' Juice" song "got my mind on my money and my money on my mind"..has been ringing in my head ever since you posted it !!
(lyrics...questionable...catchy tune ?...absolutely) :rock2:
There will be no karoke. If you want that we can go to the Mexican joint on Thurs. Remind me to tell the story of the guy that butchered Bohemian Rapsody one night. He actually thought he nailed it. It really sounded like someone was skinning cats. We told him that he was awesome as we left for the Roamer. I am glad that we did not stop at Ronny's Red Eye on the way home. It was off the hook.
In lieu of karoke, we will have a break dance pad. I heard that SE does a mean headspin. Buiz can do the centipede but only after going to Subway!
LMFAO!! I will be sure to remind you. :)
You do realize you can always chase a bad song out of your head by introducing a worse song into it. (Repeating this process until "Feliz Navidad" is stuck in your head, and then you have to actually get that out somehow on your own.)
It looks like we'll have a birthday girl at the A-dock party on Saturday night. I'll bring the cake.
Is there an address, where someone at the Chattanooga event will be staying where I can ship a package?
I have some shirts for a few folks and it would be great to deliver a bunch of them as one shipment, while folks are gathered in the same place.
hey Hedge...
coach site with 50 amp is still a GO right?
closest site they would give me is #7 down the shoreline... Leann said the first six from A dock down are booked for the entire summer by someone... that's a longggggg stumble from the bushwacker machine
ya think they want my business back?
I think we need a people's choice award for best 1970 black, white, and green 18 classic. I just feel as though it's a category that should be recognized and celebrated. Not sure what the award would be, though. Any suggestions?
Oh, just paint her Blue and White and be done with it will ya ?
paint it grumble green and put a berkley jet on it...
oh, and change the deck to an X18
DW -
Possibility we will be coming through late Thursday afternoon. Did you find a ride ? If not, lemme know. We'll be leaving Sunday.
I'll only agree to pick you up if I get to hold up a sign in the airport that says....______________________:grin:
Ok Donzi.org folks......fill in the blank here......my first thought was "Snuggie", but who knows who'd get in the car with me in Atlanta with that one !!??
Phil
DW -
Confirmed tonight, I'm not coming through Atlanta until Friday morning. If that works at all, lemme know.
Wouldn't necessarily like to stand in Atlanta airport holding up a sign that says "Do you like Pina Colada's"...but I'd do it for you DW ! :)
Phil
Thanks Phil, I have a rental car booked for Thursday. Being orginally from Atlanta, I will probably run a few errands and see a few freinds before heading up.
Guys, are you trying to spend ALL of my money?! And Phil, just so you know, I'd go KY colors before those dreadful crimson or orange and blue. Still hope for your scheme! Haha.
I was thinking something more along the lines of a lop-sided trophy. You know, like a pinewood derby trophy, only instead of a little wooden car on the top, there would be a little spray painted boat. Or we could really go in style with a plaque with Jamie and Garth's faces on it.
Jim ~
Looks like you could just not resist taking another cheap shot at me here with this mention of our family's old Grumble Green Jet X-18 .
Despite what your existing factory records say~
This boat DID EXIST !
How do you guy explain the fact that your records also claim that no jet 16s were ever built despite the fact that several are known to exist today ?
There are actual photos of that Red jet Donzi 16 posted on .net.
A Yellow Jet 16 is also said to exist today in New York .
Your factory records seem to be incomplete on the jet drive Donzis.
I am no B.S. Artist or Lier !
Brad, it was in jest, no worry.... you'll know when i'm digging in, dont worry
as to the others, the library isn't perfect but it IS incredibly realistic from what i'm told... as to all these jets being ghosts on paperwork, I can't offer any idea on that
