Wish I could but .....
You dont want to bring back a boat for me ???? lol
I plan on flying up and down, but a buddy wants company on his plan to drive, so if he does not need his hitch, tell me want works for you.
I can not promise, as it will be his tow car. He is an experienced boat restorer and does this stuff all the time, so it would be a great match if we can work it out.
We may be going in his 1957 Chevy Nomad, so it needs to be less than a twin engined 24 Nova.

Sorry Chris, Just thinking out loud. There is a Brownie 19 in Miami up for sale I would like to have. I think IMHO I'm the only one that could save it after the last owner cut out the inner liner.
Well, with two old, broken down guys like us, you might have to offer us something immoral to get us to drive that extra down to Miami. I would think that this is a "family-standards" board, so if you are offering something immoral, you better send me an e-mail, Chris.
Isn't that actually up by Jupiter, not in Miamuh?

Classic boat show is on Lake Dora. Land show was in the town of Mt. Dora for many years. Land show moved to Tarveres a couple of years ago. Both towns are on the shore of Lake Dora.
Tarveres is 4 hours north of Miami.
This should be fun!
chris brown cell 518-281-0045 I expect to be at Sunnyland from late Thursday to Sunday. There will be a "Donzi Dock" for the first time, I understand.
Donzi Boats in the water and ready to ride. Fun!
Pictures Chris, pictures!
OK I will bring a camera
the show was pretty cool, nice nice woodies and I met some Donzi owners I have never seen before, at least 3 original owners who haven't even heard of the websites either, imagine that...
I took my 16ob and displayed it at the dock for a few hours, and the comments I got were pretty humorous... too much to type here LOL
the new Seaplane Base setup at the show facility was an instant hit, what a brilliant town promo idea...
Bert had the red Baby 14 and I think he wore out the shifter giving rides...
Royce's yellow 18 was a show hit, people loved it, took a couple pic's below, the originality of this boat is unreal, 45 years of *character* usage, even the plastic trim pin nut was original... not one sign of a stress crack or corrosion ANYWHERE,,,,
we then did lunch at Hurricane, and I was the only boat at the docks, kinda depressing.... visited Geo. Carters shop for a Testa exam, pretty elaborate resto in progress, he swears it will be done in the next 6-8 weeks... going to hold him to that.. LOL
all the pic's of my boat and Bert's have mysteriously vanaished from my camera, but here's a few of Royce's and my favorite woodie..
and my favorite woodie, unbelievable detail, built in 2005, LT-1 Chevy, study the clean exhaust pipes... and forward hul vents and carbon fiber Ventnor style steering wheel and snap-out leatherette interior..
