Working on updating the pre-registration forms and the club web site with the MWDC organizing committee right now.
The site is accurate for hotel information and logistics info, but we need to update the dates and agendas for AOTH XI. When calling for reservations, dates for the organized portions of the run this year are 5.19, 5.20, and 5.21.

Got my rooms. It is the same weekend as the Chatt Poker run. I was going to take the Roamer as a card stop. Oh well, can't miss AOTH!
The forecast calls for a good time.
Bummer about the Poker Run as that was a good time last year. Last time I checked, the hotel was filling up!
Yes, but it will be interesting to see how the Poker Run turns out. I am sure that it will be fine but folks will be strung out all over the place. There is no central marina used as a hub.Quote:

Called the hotel yesterday, was able to secure a room for fri/sat night, they didn't have anything for thursday night but they put me on a "waiting list." Hopefully will be able to get a room by then for Thursday!

Stopped at the resort today. They have several cabins and condos still available for the weekend. They are a good deal and just up the hill from the marina. Grab them while you can!
Well over the weekend I was hazed into coming.......actually I had completely forgotten about it tone honest....too much Time in California this past year....

I am hearing that the resort is filling up. When I was there last week, they mentioned doing some "Boatels" which would be staying aboard a houseboat in the marina, so ask about them!
