    Oh wait, you were really checking to see if the gas card provider would have a seat, cause we know your deckhand doesn't have to ask. Now I understand!!

    So, Can I count on open seats for an excellent Deckhand, and Gas Card Provider?.... I think I know the answer, but have to ask.

    Also, does anyone need a roommate. I'll be flying solo and would be good with sharing accomodations. Be arriving Mid-Morning Friday.

    Thanks;
    Make your way over here and we can make a pretty cool roadtrip out of this....

    Jury is still out on RV-launching-boat contest (not that I stood a chance anyway), but 99.9999 % certain we are "in" either way. Booking both a floating cabin & RV spot just to be sure. Bringing RV (my parent's unit) up from Florida in March. They can't use it anymore, and it's been sitting for quite awhile. Lots of things to check and go through towing / safety-capacity-wise. It'd be nice if I find she's ready to pull a boat there, if not, we're good with floating cabin arrangements, back of pick-up / tail-gate (probable no matter what we drive), etc.

    I have good "connections" in the towing industry, so I feel certain we'll get there somehow..like it or not.

    Default Drive by of Hales Bar.

    The First Mate and I stayed in Chattanooga last weekend after picking up the new tow vehicle in Atlanta. Very cool out of the way spot.
    Talked to the managers, parking the boat behind the cabins couldn't be cooler.
    They are a bit rustic, so says the First Mate! But the River looks like a great place to let some Donzis get aired out! On a side note, the Si Fy channel did a special on Hales Bar and how the place is haunted!!! Rum and Ghosts!

    Unfortunately Fuzzy, I am one in the same on this trip...so yeah, I had to ask.

    Trip and Cliff are making things interesting, will need to mull over my options, but I think the Fraternal Association Of The Hawk is setting this up as a committee meeting weekend, so we will focus on the "new" boat Brother Gero has. Still, a trip over with Cliff and Di is doable. AND I'm always game for some Slow Deckboat Cruises...with refreshments and...other....delicacies

    Drove over the Chickamagua the other day.. Looking good!

    Had a few fols ask me at AOTH about bringing kids. A-dock is kid friendly, and with Carter as your guide WHAT could go wrong??

    As far as stuff to do with your kids, there is a TON of things to do and a an awesome museum and aquarium surrounded by excellent restasurants, pluss dozens of other attractions.

    Chattanooga fun

    Wink Chattanooga trip

    I have been wanting to take our boat there on our first little cruise. This will give me an excuse to go and meet other Donzi owners. Later I will post pictures of the restoration we did on the main cabin.
