Default Sunnyland Tavares Florida ACBS boat show March 27-29 2015

Anyone else going? Looks like Buiz and I will be there with his Hornet and my F-14. Bert bringing his 14. Information on the event here.

Heidi and I will be staying at Lakeside Inn in Mount Dora, if there are enough folks coming to the event we can have our usual dock party Saturday night, or just do hoedooovers and drinks, walk into town for dinner. Who's in?

    Default So far...Tavares 2015

    G Carter, Scott B, Jim H, Bert H, Craig F, the Ledonn's from PA
Tha'ts 6 Donzi's including the first showing of George Carters Donzi that you have been reading about all these years. Come on down, get out of the cold. Bring your boat or your wife or your girl friend (or all three). I am arranging for all the Donzi boats to be side by side on what I consider the best location in the show.

Trying to get a second motor together as I type this. The 454's with minor upgrades are just not good enough. Thought I would at least get it to this years show up here but at this pace (due to others) it may not make it to the water this year.

Still shaping up plans, but an outside chance I might be in the neighborhood, best chance is Sunday so far. Hoping I can get there in time. Saw some amazing boats last year and sure would love to see George C.'s amazing Testarrossa in the water !!

We've been getting a good bit of rain in the last year, so there should be plenty of water......
However, I don't know from any personal experience.
I gotta get this thing in the water!!!!!

So I drove by the ramp in Leesburg this morning and it looks like the water is about 2'+/- from the top.
I've seen it 4' lower so I'd say this is good.
