I can't stop laughing out loud. Seriously, it's been like 10 minutes and it just keeps starting again.

doc says i have done something to my arm, 3 wks back in sling! maybe no surgery if i play nice. no run for me. was looking very forward to this run and the steaks. hope yall have a great time
